Student - Rotorua Luxury Tour

Your first activity will be at the Te Puia, where you will enjoy Te Rā guided experience which features a 90-minute walk through our geothermal valley, where you’ll visit the Pōhutu Geyser, the Kiwi Conservation Centre, and the New Zealand Māori Arts and Crafts Institute.

Along the way, our knowledgeable guides will share their Māori traditions, heritage, and ancestral stories, offering unique insights into our rich culture.
This exhilarating combo extends on from our Te Rā experience by adding a captivating cultural performance in our beautifully carved meeting house, Te Aronui a Rua. It will include a pōhiri (traditional Māori welcome), waiata (song), mōteatea (traditional chant), poi and haka.

We will then enjoy a hangi buffet lunch at the Pataka Kai Restaurant and then continue our journey to the Government Gardens where you have the opportunity to walk around the beautiful gardens and take photos of the historic Government Bath house.

We will then make our way to Rotorua Skyline where you will take a gondola ride up Mt Ngongotaha where you will be able to take in the breathtaking views over Lake Rotorua, followed by some exhilarating luge rides down the different luge tracks.

After all these activities, we then make our way back to Hamilton where you will be able to reminisce on your day of fun.
